For your reference, here’s a quick rundown of the steps you just followed in the demo:

  1. Click the ”+” button to create a new project.
  2. Select the “Scrum” project template.
  3. Hit “Use template” to proceed.
  4. Choose to select a company-managed project.
  5. Enter your project name in the field.
  6. Press “Create project” to finalize your setup.
  7. Click “Skip” to bypass inviting teammates for now.
  8. Select “Backlog” to view your project tasks.
  9. Click “Start sprint” to initiate your first sprint.
  10. Add your sprint details, like name and duration.
  11. Finally, click “Start” to launch your sprint.

And that’s it! With just a few clicks, you can have a new Scrum board ready for your team to start planning sprints and tracking work.
