- Click the ”+” button to create a new project.
- Select the “Scrum” project template.
- Hit “Use template” to proceed.
- Choose to select a company-managed project.
- Enter your project name in the field.
- Press “Create project” to finalize your setup.
- Click “Skip” to bypass inviting teammates for now.
- Select “Backlog” to view your project tasks.
- Click “Start sprint” to initiate your first sprint.
- Add your sprint details, like name and duration.
- Finally, click “Start” to launch your sprint.
And that’s it! With just a few clicks, you can have a new Scrum board ready for your team to start planning sprints and tracking work.
